Aha! So, we went out on a BDAY date today: to the cityyyyyyyyyyyyy to do some stuff. Although, I didn't get to take photos of everything we did but  no matter! There is enough to suffice.

Mmm, went to eat dessert at Passionflower. <3 Yumyum, although since it was soooooo filling, and since we ate it before lunch, we were way too full to eat our planned pizza fun. Whut. D:! Ah well. :P We (or practically I) got random stuff down at the black (Paddy's) markets and then went on a journey around the city. I'd say we did a lot of exercise today. ROFL

ANYHOW,

I realise (and have realised this for a long time no need to get your balls in a mess) that my drawing style actually fluctuates. A lot. It's not even a gradual thing. It just changes with every piece. Well, that's cuz I take like, 3-5month breaks in between every piece I draw which may or may not even reach the stage of being finished. So, basically, my hands don't draw enough of the same style to keep it consistent. Which sucks, cuz thanks to my lazy ass-ness, I don't even have my own distinct style of drawing. But pfft.

So, during the autumn break, what, 5 weeks ago? I WENTZ TO JAPANZORZ AND KOREEEEAAAAAA.

Japan is great, you have to go. Srsly. The ppl are so funky and invest way too much into clothes, hair dye and make up but I guess that's how we distinguish the Japanese from every other asian like myself. Omfg the Japanese are so cute in that they have this whole 'safety first!' system all over Japan. The place literally looks like it does in anime and manga. zomgz little construction workers with bright yellow helmets and lots of whistle blowing eeeee. They look like toys! dfjdskfjdklfjsdklfjs and school kids! FAR OUT WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO KYOOT WITH A CAPITAL KYOOT. they are so enthusiastic about everything, including taking group photos with random tourists such as I. <3 ehurhruhruhrur i has their potos. i has. Cherry blossom trees = FTW. Japanese everything is so bootiful I don't understand why. Hot springs was so awkward but cool! I'd do it again. ahhh. Oh, there are lots of androgynous people in Japan. just like meeeeeeeeeeedfksdjfosdj. Even after all that, I still can't help but lol at Japanese things and their uber eccentric...way of life. Btw, they sell boobs in souvenir stores everywhere. Boobs, as in skin coloured rubbery balls with pink nipples. Or should I be saying boob?

Korea wasn't bad, either. :P It's just that old people tend to push you if you're in the way. I got food poisoning from the first hotel's yoghurt and for the majority of the days there I was puking up food and eventually nothing (but still puking), so I couldn't enjoy the place as much as I did Japan. I made friends with the bus driver yayy. Oh, went to visit a famous herb farm and spoke with the president of the herb farm who I think was on herb. So cute. 'SARANG HAEYOOOOOOOOOOO!' every 5 minutes, with the whole love heart shape going on with the arms over the head. XDDD Contrary to popular belief (at least, in Sydney), Korean food is actually mainly vegetables and a tiny bit of beef. o_o!! I think the Korean migrants who've opened up Korean restaurants here are just exploiting all the cheap meat here, using so much meat in their food that Aussies now reckon Korean food has lots of meat. I learnt how to make kimchi! They say 200 yr old cabbage (which is what kimchi is made from) is the best. mmmmmmmmm. D:

Btw this was 1 week before the mid-course exams. I basically fucked up half my exams.

Yay, holidays have been hectic, yeah. Yay, spent the new years with my boy buddy and we watched the fireworks woohoo! The view from the penthouse (even if it was all the way from Parramatta) was amaazzzinnnnngggg. The fireworks I reckon were meagre in comparison to the view whooooooaaaaa. hehe yr 10 hosted our little fundraising day for Breast Cancer called Pink Day. IT WAS FUN AND TIRING HEHEHEHE. Can I say I was the pinkest student in school?
